Who we need
Firstly, you understand the challenges that SME’s face with marketing.
You’ve seen it first hand and you know how they can be doing things more effectively using tools available in the digital space. You understand marketing, ideally you have a background in either agency or publisher – with experience creating both traditional and digital marketing strategies with an in-depth understanding of social media and digital overall. Pixels, search, re-targeting, EDM’s, lifetime budgets, detailed targeting and content are topics you have no problem talking about!

What the role involves
No two days will ever be the same. You’ll be paid to travel the country top to bottom, running both our public Social Media Workshops plus also one-on-one sessions with SME’s. You’ll also be working on live campaigns, with some of NZ’s most recognisable brands. If you’re looking for variety – this role truly does offer exactly that, it’s the type of position that rarely becomes available here in NZ. The Koru Lounge, classy accommodation and restaurant meals will be the norm for you!
- You know your way around Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager, with a history of running successful campaigns.
- You LOVE meeting new people and have the ability to stand in front of a room full and speak with total confidence – you also don’t mind being challenged and you love a good debate!
- You have impeccable attention to detail. You’ll be able to juggle your emails, calendar, venues, flights, hotels and client liaison with ease.
